La cantidad seria tapando bien el pollo, luego agregas ajo picado y cebolla en trozos, la cocción de 1 kg de mi pollo duro 1 hora y media, cuando esté listo solo metes un tenedor y sale solo, cuando el pollo ya esta.
- Mole: Ingredientes 4 o 5 chile cascabel, 3 chiles anchos, 1 tortilla dorada, 1 pan bolillo, 1 tableta de chocolate abuelita, 1 ramita de canela, le ponemos 1 ajo a todo esto licuamos y agregamos el agua de los chiles es al ras de ni vacija, tapando los chiles, puedes agregarle chile pasilla también. No le agregues azúcar pues ya tiene mucha el chocolate abuelita, licuamos y con el caldo del pollo, si hace falta agua agregamos de taza por taza, pero debe tener una consistencia espesa.
- Por último, agregas orégano y laurel y tomillo, luego de ahí sal al gusto deja que hierva primero el mole y luego que este en hervor por 5 minutos y quede espesito. Agregas el pollo, lo mismo pasa si se te antoja mole en carne, ya en mis publicaciones te enseñe que debes cocer, la carne de puerco bien y luego dorarla y que quede cafesosa con tonos asaditos. Agregas el mole también puedes hacer tus enmoladas con queso panela, y también cuando tengas mole puedes hacer gorditas de mole, fin.
