Aparte con harina Minsa (para tortillas) preparamos con un poco de agua, sal y una cucharada de manteca Inca (vegetal) formamos unas bolitas, las aplanamos y las hacemos como cazuelitas y las vamos soltando en el caldo, estas aparte de que van a espesar el caldo, tienen muy buen sabor. Se llaman chochoyotes, son buenísimos.
  4. Una vez cocida la carne la incorporamos a las verduras, sazonamos con una pizca de clavo en polvo, comino en polvo y pimienta. Añadimos una rama de epazote.
    Para servirlo lo ponemos en una sopera y se sirve en platos hondos y se acompaña con cebolla picada, limones en mitades y un arroz.
