- En una cacerola se coloca el aceite a fuego lento y se incorpora la mezcla licuada con caldo de pollo de la canela, comino, pimienta, pasas, clavos de olor y se deja sazonar aproximadamente 5 minutos
- Se licuan con caldo del pollo los tomates, cebolla, ajo, se incorporan y se deja sazonar aproximadamente 5 minutos
- Se licuan los chiles guajillos y los chile anchos y también los incorporamos dejando reposar 5 minutos aproximadamente, posterior se agrega la tableta de chocolate para que se vaya derritiendo
