  9. Colocar la mezcla en una manga pastelera con una duya, y ponerlos en la charola con papel encerado.
  10. Hornear a 180º por 15 minutos aproximadamente.
  11. Para el relleno
    Mezclar todos los ingredientes en un bowl, con ayuda de una batidora manual y con una palita.
  12. Colocar el relleno en una manga con una boquilla del número 12, comenzar a rellenar los macarons
