- Debemos tener listo nuestra mise en place
- Con la batidora agregaremos la mantequilla (debe estar temperatura ambiente) rasparemos frecuentemente con una palita para que la mezcla este más uniforme y le agregaremos los azúcares y batiremos hasta que esté uniforme la mezcla
- Después le agregaremos los huevos uno por uno hasta integrar correctamente (todo a velocidad media) hasta que quede bien integrado
- Después le agregaremos el buttermilk, el aceite y el extracto de vainilla y seguimos batiendo hasta integrar bien (en este se duplica su tamaño)
- Cuando esté listo agregaremos los secos poco a poco hasta tener una mezcla homogénea
- Pintaremos la mezcla con el colorante negro hasta que se mezcle bien. Y listo
- Enharinamos el molde y vaciamos la mezcla
- Metemos al horno a 180° de 20 a 50 min.
- Empezaremos hacer la mermelada debemos tener nuestra mise en place listo
- Las naranjas deben estar peladas sin la piel blanca y cortarlas en octavos. Ponemos en al fuego con el azúcar y el clavo. Hasta que estén suaves, quitaremos el clavo y licuaremos hasta tener una consistencia más tersa y reservamos.
- Batiremos la crema sabor nata sacamos un poco y reservamos mientras que la otra mitad le agregaremos colorante negro y reservamos
- Cortaremos los bizcocho hasta obtener 3 bizcochos empezaremos agregando una la crema para batir y después la mermelada y así hacer el mismo procedimiento hasta terminar
- Después empezaremos cubriendo con la crema sabor nata negro en todo el pastel y decoramos con el bombón derretido en forma de telaraña para esto derretiremos el bombón y nos ponemos manteca vegetal en las manos para que no se nos pegue y listo
