- A los 3 MINUTOS, se retira la pasta, se enjuaga con agua fría
- Se agrega al platillo y se integra, procura no moverlo mucho para que no se quiebre tanto
- Se deja 2 minutos más al fuego, se apaga y se deja reposar por 5 minutos con el wok tapado
- Servir al gusto, en mi caso son porciones grandes
