    Hasta que tenga una consistencia suave.
  6. Una vez lista, dejar enfriar un poco y pasar a una manga. Sacar el molde de refrigeración y colocar un poco de relleno en cada espacio. Refrigerar 5 minutos
    Colocar chocolate encima del relleno para cerrar y refrigerar hasta que estén firmes.
  7. Una vez estén listos los chocolates desmoldar dándole al molde unos golpecitos en la mesa y saldrán limpios, dar unos retoques con pigmentos. Y estarán listos.
