- En un sartén mediano (aprox. de 24 cms), calentar el aceite con la mantequilla y cuando ya se haya derretdo agregar el brócoli y la coliflor rebanados, guisar hasta que el brócoli tenga un color verde brillante muy intenso (5 a 7 minutos aprox.), pero no dejar que se "aguaden" los vegetales.
- Ya que estén listos el brócoli y la coliflor, distribuir el queso y cocinar unos 2 minutos a que derrita un poco.
- Mientras tanto en un tazón ponemos los huevos y batimos con un tenedor y agregamos la mezcla en el sartén.
nota 1: si bien no es necesario, se puede poner un chorrito de leche o crema líquida a la mezcla de huevo.
nota 2: en lo personal yo no uso sal, el sabor natural de los ingredientes es suficiente, pero si deciden usarla, sugiero agregarla en la mezcla de huevo. - Una vez que se ha cocinado por un lado, con ayuda de un plato volteamos la "pizza" y cocinamos por el otro lado.

A pesar que es un plato con mucha proteína a mí me gusta servirlo como guarnición, aunque puedes ser servido como entrada.
