  4. Agregar los huevos uno a uno e ir incorporando en el centro de todo los secos.
  5. Agregar la mantequilla a punto de pomada e ir empezando a incorporar con los huevos y empezar a mezclar con la harina, el agua se le irá agregando poco a poco solo lo que se nesecite para que la masa no quede muy aguada.
  6. Dejar reposar la masa hasta que duplique su tamaño.
  7. Ponchar la masa, extender poner sobre ella el chocolate en polvo y pasas, hacer un rollo y después poner encima de la otra parte y volver a enrollar.
    Enharinar los moldes (latas de sardina) dejar que dupliquen su tamaño y hornear a 180°C durante 25-40 minutos.
  8. Sacar nuestro pan del horno, dejar enfriar y desmoldar.
