-Tapamos con la tapa del molde, en caso de no tener, tapar con papel aluminio.
-Ponemos nuestro molde en un molde un poco más grande, con el agua hirviendo, para llevarlo al horno a baño María. - Llevaremos a cocción en horno precalentado a 180°c por 1 hora 25 minutos.
