- Dejar la olla unos 40 minutos y pasando el tiempo sacar la carne para desmenuzarla para las quesabirrias, la carne debe estar muy suave, si no esta así volver a tapar la olla unos minutos más y listo, a servir el consomé en plato hondo y hacer las quesabirrias, agregar cilantro y cebolla
